Conference Venue West Lothian

The Hilcroft Hotel is centrally located between Edinburgh and Glasgow and with easy access to the M8 motorway and ample free parking.

We offer 32 comfortable bedrooms and will remain open during Winter 2020/21 to accommodate key workers and mandatory training meetings.

All our conference rooms are located on the ground floor giving easy wheelchair access as required.

COVID MEETINGS UPDATE

Due to our central location The Hilcroft Hotel will remain open where possible to offer accommodation to key workers in the area. We are able to accommodate meetings for mandatory training and key industries and please see some brief guidelines below -

Our meeting spaces are spacious and all offer windows which you can open as under current regulations use of air conditioning and/or fans during meetings is not permitted.

The Strathearn Suite is the largest of our meeting rooms and has direct access to a private garden area and large double doors which can be opened for delegates comfort throughout the meeting.

If The Strathearn is booked together with The Glengarry it is possible to maintain a one way traffic flow through the meeting spaces.

The Loch Maree Suite does have a dedicated entrance from the hotel car park and private ladies/gents facilities making this is the ideal space for meetings which require strict social distancing from other hotel guests.

We have specified the reduced capacity in our meeting rooms below, this is based on a 2m x 2m area per delegate.

Classroom is based on one delegate per table.
Banquet is based on a maximum table size of 6
